The location of the hotel was convenient, with a short 500m walk to the metro and a tram stop nearby. the room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view. the bathroom, although the shower door had a minor issue, was generally satisfactory. the service provided by the friendly and approachable host was commendable. the breakfast options, although limited, were acceptable.
The receptionist had difficulty speaking English and there was no cleaning service or replenishment of towels.

The pension is very poor. They gave us the keys and suggested to go from the back door next to the trash bins. The light automatically switches off when you are in the middle of stairs, and you must continue raising in the full darkness. We did it with 2 kids. Rather dangerous. The breakfast is very poor. It's very long way from the center.
Nothing good was here. The vacation was completely spoiled.
Everything.

The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely atmosphere. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast options were limited, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have more variety to choose from.

The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, giving us a comfortable stay during our city break. We also enjoyed the friendly and approachable host who was always ready to assist us, even with limited English. In terms of location, it was conveniently situated close to the city center, making it easy for us to explore the main attractions. Plus, the peaceful neighborhood allowed for a relaxing and quiet stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We found the breakfast options to be quite limited, which could use some improvement. we didn't feel completely secure in the area, especially during nighttime walks back to the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with the metro station just 500m away and easy access to the tram. It was also not far from the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the rooms were lovely and spacious. Despite a minor issue with the shower door, everything else was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and approachable, even though their English was limited. I had a great experience at this hotel.
Nothing to mention.
